I've seen this a few times now so I felt it was worth posting. There is an e-mail going around right now that is supposedly from UPS. The message contains the following text: Dear customer! This e-mail will come with a .zip file attachment which is infected with a fake alert like Antivirus 2010. DO NOT OPEN!!! |

Found this cool little guy on my quest to delete an insane directory structure nightmare. They had a low quality backup solution that everytime it ran, it put the latest backup another folder within the previous backup. Confusing, I know. And since the folders were buried so deep within itself, it took a special toolkit to delete the troublesome folders using robocopy.exe. Download |

So being a PC support company, I've always been jealous of that Dell Support icon in your Start Menu. It's the first place users can turn to if they need help. We strive to be as accessible to our customers as possible, so of course this is super useful to us. So far I've only tested it with Windows XP Professional SP3. I'll test it on Windows Vista and Windows 7 tomorrow. I'll update this post when I do with the results. |

So in the pursuit of developing the mobile-friendly version of the the site, I discovered this little gem. If you read into it, mobile browser detection is usually accomplished by custom packages installed on the webhost's server. This can be server intensive and require admin privileges in order to install said packages, so this is a good alternative. | |
